Sound designing this Cupra ad was one of the most fun and challenging projects I’ve completed so far! With such a crazy cool edit, there are lots of fleeting and transitional moments to account for sonically. Creating sounds for the dragon and water monster was fun, and there was a surprising amount of space to insert ideas from my own creative interpretation of the spot. With such heavy layering and fast pace, staying organized in my session and being deliberate about my choices was key in maintaining overall clarity.
